I would choose a plane crash becuz it would be really fast and you wouldn't feel any pain.......

Well, I think getting shot would probably be the quickest way, so I'd go with that.
Cancer. I'm not a big fan of pain and even though the chemo is sometimes painful and so is the cancer, it's sure a heck of a lot better than dying of fright from a plane crash, falling from a ride, getting shot, bleeding to death from knives...you get the picture. I can prepare myself for death and thus I might be able to deal with the pain better.
