I'm off of Vicodin and now I can't sleep what should I do?!
Question: I haven't slept in three days and I know its because I haven't taken the Vicodin...I know better than to rely on pill to get me to sleep..so what do I do? Please help...

It will take some time to adapt to not having vicodin in your system. I know it's bad to rely on drugs to help you sleep but don't think It would hurt to try a 25mg benadryl to help you get a little sleep now and then. Lack of sleep is only going to exacerbate whatever problem you was taking the vicodin for. You need some rest. You can also use something like guided imagery tapes.They will slowly guide you to sleep as they help you relax your body. GL
