Why do i always feel mildly sick and painful in my gut everytime i eat an apple?!


Question: 1 whole medium sized apple. other fruits are ok. even a bowl of beans are ok, so i dont think it's gas.

Well, the only thing the apple has in it that's different is Pectin, but have you considered that there are pesticides on fruit and because apples aren't peeled like most other common ones like oranges, it could be the chemicle on the apple, unless you eat organic. Try organic, but also try peeling the apple and seeing if it's the skin that does it or the meat of the apple. You aren't eating the core I presume. Also, it could be PTSD too, which might sould weird, but if you sliced the apple up first and made it 'different', thin slices to taste instead of chunking if off with your teeth you might not have that reaction. Or, you could try eating cheese with it or eating cheese & raisins with your apple. I'm curious to know how this turns out for you.

You could be allergic to pectin, or sensative to it like me!
