Mood swings/headaches?!
Question: Lately, I've been having sudden, severe headaches in the lower back of my head. I've also been having mood swings and and not acting like myself at all. I'm mean, depressed, and slacking off at work (trust me, the last one definately isn't me!). I'm also messing up on things i know how to do (like i keep having to retype this cuz i keep messing up).
I haven't had any trauma or anything.....i don't have insurance....and suggestions on what it could be?

sometimes a vision test will catch something that you may have missed. In any case is cheap and could point you in a correct direction. Don;t strees yet because that may make thing worse. If that shows nothing and you still have problems you need to be seen by a md. I had a problem like that also, 2 mri and a ct later with no insureance i'm making payments. It sucks yea but its not to bad money wise. Just ask up front the cost and a payment plan. good luck
Go to the doctor and have him/her check your thyroid and hormone levels.
It might be stress..
If you get a better answer than that, let me know, because I haven't been quite myself lately either, and we seem to have the same symptoms..
I find though, that a lot of fresh air and walking helps me feel better.
