go to an emergency room. If you don't have insurance, see if you can apply for charity care or just have them bill you and pay when you can afford it. For all of that don't let them rush you out...make sure the diagnosis matches the symptoms. ie: like them telling you take 2 aspirins until pain goes away...no there is something definitely wrong, aspirins won't cure.

i get piched nerves & hard to breathe.
But i normely just know whats normel for me & i lay in bed several hours & watch tv, & take advill & alka seltzer.
Your best choice is to go to the doc...but if you wanna try some home remedies...take a shot of rock-n-rye w/lemon & honey (Jack Daniels works also). Also try some mucinex...it does work, but not together.
