Probably nothing if you just do it once. If you make a habit of it though, watch out! Urinary Tract (Bladder) Infections!! You don't want one of those! Or even a kidney infection. No thank you!

If you remember there was a woman who joined a radio contest for a Nintendo Wii where the contestants had to hold in their pee for as long as possible. She ended up dying of blood intoxication. Basically, don't hold in your pee. It's an animal instinct and you're supposed to pee when you feel like it (if you wanna stay healthy)
