Soft bowels??!

Question: hey i have a question is it normal too have really soft bowel movements? Theres a stomach virus i hear going around.. but is it normal anyway.. kinda sticky!! (SRY TO BE GROSS).. any ideas to help this situation plz any comments EXCEPT RUDE ONES.. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are probably soft if you are swallowing a lot of mucus from your sinuses.
