Can contact lenses do any damage?!

if you don't keep them clean you can get an infection... or if you get grit in them and roll them around you can scratch your eye... and if you overuse your eye drops you can reduce your natural ability to tear up... but that's it.

A lot of people say it does.
I use contact lenses, and i have gotten many eye infections. Mainly from make up, my surroundings and sometimes sleeping with them.
I think it's a myth that they mess your vision.
All you need to do is take good care of them.
