I suffer bad from IC and I have been on meds for a long time strong ones , and I will be out Tomorrow , and well IM done I don't want them anymore I hate what this is doing to my life , I know I need them due to the pain , but I hate it when I have none and I get so sick , and im SCARED , SO BAD I JUST CANT STOP CRYING please I WILL EXPLAIN MORE . ok, take a deep breathe, I mean it. relax your body. maybe try some meditation to calm down. imagine yourself floating peacefully, pain free on a cloud. don't do anything irrational right now. ou can call your doctor or go to the hospital tomorrow or the 26th. maybe you should get a therapist to help you with what you are dealing with. Life can be a beautiful thing and I'm sure your kids are proof of that.

The best thing to do if your this try to call your doctors emergency line and see if the doc can help or go to the emergency room and they should be able to get a old of your doc. I've been in constant pain for over 10 years as well but I'm sure it not as bad as yours. Your problem is not as complicated as you are expressing it. Just relax be stress free and consult your Doctor and continue the course of medicines as advised by him/her as I don't have your reports so I will not be able to advice you any medications
