I had blue cross for a long time & I miss them! They were great! Hope this helps.
I have BC/BS, depending on the coverage you pay for depends on the quality of the coverage. Unfortunately it is the same with all insurance comapanies.
My advise to you it to talk to your agent and get the best policy that meets all your needs and pay whatever the cost of it may be.
Spare no expence when it comes to your health.
They are one company not two separate.
I can't recommend better ones because I have blue cross/blue shield.

You have to shop around just like you would for any high ticket item like a car.
