Is writing on your hand bad for your skin?!
Question: Once in a while I just need to remind myself of something, and I write it on the back of my hand with a pen. Is this bad over time or something?

My son does this too --Not sure if it's bad over time but remember that your skin is an organ and I assume that the ink (or parts of it) can enter your body/bloodstrean through your skin..So I would say it's not a wise thing but hey so does soap, lotion, perfume, laundry detergent, shampoo etc...
i don't think so my sis does it all the time to remind herself of stuff. she started doing this like 2 to 3 years ago. her skin is fine.
It probably won't kill you or anything, but it sure does annoy me when my girls write on themselves.
I hope not I right "rent" on my fingers when its rent week.
Not as long the reminder is for something constructive and good and you don't scratch your skin. Make sure there is no lead in the ink as it has been found in the toy paints
ya, it can cause ink poisening
