What does it mean if you burp but vomit comes up instead of gas?!

Question: this happened to me today. just wondering what was behind it?

acid reflux. nothing like good heartburn for the holidays. pepcid ac or similar product should help. oh, its OK if swallowed, just gross. might have happened due to overeating, rich foods, or eating too fast. hope you feel better, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
