Think im going to get sick [ my little brother is ] please help me!?!
Question: i was just over my pappy's house for christmas and my little brother got sleepy and pale and then he threw up, and stuff.
i mean.. i don't think it was the stomache flu because nobody was sick yesterday or anything.. but then again, it could easily happen.
my birthday is tomorrow so im really scared of getting whatever he has. he was fine, then like 5 minutes later he was pale.. and he said he was tired. then he came upstairs and threw up for like 2-3 minutes. [ fast throwing up ] and then he was fine.. still pale but he said he felt better than he did.
i was just looking at the computer and my mom was like you look pale do you feel ok? so im really scared now.. my worst fear is throwing up. once i get used to it, its not that bad. but the first time scares me. is there ANYTHING i can do to stop from throwing up? plus.. i don't feel sick but thinking about it is getting me paranoid and i think i might be getting sick now.
what do i do??

we're going through this right now in my house... i had the "bug" and i like your little brother.. felt fine and then all of a sudden just started throwing up... it was only a 24 hour thing though so thats the good part... however my dad has it and he has a fever so we're watching him closely... i didnt have a fever when i got sick... im not a 100 % better but i feel much better then the other day... im like you i hate throwing up until i actually do then its not as bad.... don't eat any more food tonight and if you have to drink only drink water that way its easy on your stomach.... I hope you dont get sick for your birthday! good luck hun. and make sure you keep washing your hands... and bleach/lysol everything your brother comes into contact with to sanatize and get rid of germs!
Personally, I would put the idea of the flu on the back burner. It's the holidays, and I'm betting your brother is / was run down due to all of the festivities and excitement. Not to mention probably some lack of sleep and long hours. I get flu like symptoms - pale, nauseous, etc. if I am run down or don't get adequate rest. I'm sure you'll be fine. But if you want to play it safe, carry hand sanitizer with you and use it ALL the time!
