What?! There isn't even a question here...just a bunch of words put together.

U r 23 years, better start stretching exercises fast, as u may miss the bus. Do stretching exercises, cycling, and maybe dancing. Do pull ups and hanging exercises. Try to remain outdoors in the sunshine and fresh air throughout the day. Have a balanced diet, fruit juices and foods rich in calcium and proteins. Maintain a good erect posture throughout the day.

No exercise can help you grow higher at your age.

At 23 it is too late to grow any taller and exercising will certainly make you fitter but not taller. If you lose weight you will actually look taller but your real height will be exactly the same as before.
