well I live in england, have done all my life, english and proud.
The thing is, england is a fantastic country but lots of english people dont like immigrants that'd be your problem.
But yeah, if you live in the countyside like me the views out the window every time you wake up - fantastic.
The traditional things, like tea drinking all the little things like that is what foreigners like i've found.
The people have the best sense of humour of any nation on earth.

The main thing it has going for it is that it is not France.
Pro: Many good people.
Con: Very high taxes. You need a license to have a telly in your home.
Yeah, depends where you go of course, the south is best! I'm undecided about england, I was born and bred here but I want to emigrate to france because I think its too pc here and its just changing so much, plus the land is just stupidly priced! Its worth trying out, move here for a year and then decide later. Good luck!
