Tasty and healthy breakfast ideas to keep me full?!


Question: I usually eat breakfast around 7:30 and I'll have a Nutra Grain bar, water, and a piece of fruit (usually an apple)..This obviously does not tie me over until lunch time (2:00)..
I don't care for cereal but I am looking for a healthy and filling breakfast.
Any ideas?

Oatmeal with slivered almonds, honey and cinnamon with some toast. Very easy to make and yummy. Also, the fiber from the oatmeal and almonds will keep you full for a while. Sprinkle some dried cranberries in there for added flavor.

morning morning having a banana with milk n honey added in it makes ur body fit in all directions so better use this idea and experienced the difference

eat some wheat bread with some low fat butter and drink more fruit juices...
