Is nicotine more addctive than cocaine?!
Question: I just don't understand. I used to be really bad into drugs but I quit smoking pot, popping pills and snorting cocaine. I spent a whole year of my life drunk but I sobered up. Now out of all the things I've cut out of my life, why is smoking thte hardest? It's just so d**n hard to quit and I'm absolutely sick of it. Is smoking really harder to quit than than those things? What can I do to stop?

I think that it is fairly easy to stop smoking if you have something else to take care of the anxiety. People generally use nicotine because it stops anxiety in their life that they might not even be aware of. Ask your doctor for an alternative. There are pills like wellbutrin (under another name) that help.
Chantix is another RX that you can get from your doctor to help you quit.

1st of congratulations on quiting all your other habits very good!!...i dont know about cocaine addiction never have been addicted, but i do smoke, and trying to quit is tough, i cant do it!! i hear different types of cigerettes put chemicals in them to make them harder to quit...ultimatley i wanna quit but i may be dead when i do
