Vitamin b complex?!

Question: I normally take vitamin b complex everyday, however, I didn't take it for two days (in a row) this week. Then yesterday I took my vitamin again to get back on schedule, and since I took it, I've been burping a lot, and have slight stomach pain under my ribs. Any idea of what's going on and how to fix it?

The burping you are experiencing signifies that you are having trouble digesting the tablet. Take your vitamins with a glass of warmish water with two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar mixed into it. make sure you sip it through a straw to protect the enamel on your pearly whites though. The organic apple cider vinegar will encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your stomach and thus aide in the digestive process. Perhaps the slight pain under your ribs is a sign of constipation?? Drink more water to fully hydrate your body and flush out all the toxins we accumulate on a daily basis............ Keep taking the multi B complex of vitamins though as they are essential for healthy digestive, immune and neural functioning.

CHEERS
?

vit b cmplex may cause dyspepsia, but when u discontinue it there should b no dyspepsia......
i can say that there is no relationship....seek 4 another cause.
i hope i help u

I doubt there's a connection. Missing two days of vitamins should not cause those weird symptoms upon starting again. Then again if it just happens after you take the vitamin then it could be a reaction to digesting said vitamin. I'm guessing drinking water with it would help. But you could have some kind of heartburn/acid reflux/that kind of thing problem. Probably not connected to the vitamins, but if it doesn't get better see a doctor.
