What's a good way, to make sure your nose is not stuffed?!

Question: Mine is always very stuffed up, in the mornings, and I always use nosespray. How do, I make sure, it is not stuffed up, when I wake up in the mornings.

Try breathright strips, a humidifier, throat spray and/or setting a pot full of hot water next to your vents at night.
