Tired legs?!
Question: I have had every test done to figure out why my legs are so fatigued and heavy.veinous doplar,ekgs......several,cardiac enzyme blood tests,etc.does anyone have this problem and if so what can I do next? thanks

I have had occasional days when this has happened, and i have no idea why. When it happens to me, i do a bunch of stretching and try to increase the amount of exercise, and this seems to help.
On thing i have noticed is that if i am dehydrated when i go to bed, my legs don't seem to relax when i am sleeping, and this sometimes causes tired, heavy legs the next day. A calcium/magnesium supplement and extra water solve this.
Pinched nerves from spinal problems and restless leg syndrome can cause tired achy legs.
