What does it mean when I don't feel like eating?!
Question: I don't know why but I just don't feel like eating breakfast or lunch but I do eat dinner and this isnt normal. With the fact that I don't eat- I suffer in gym.

I think you have not kept enough nutrtion in your body and your metabolism has slowed. Start eating about 6 meals a day that are about 250 calories to stoke your metablism then reduce to 4 or 5 meals that are about 400 calories.
maybe your not hungry.
