To seriously try to answer your question I would say that when it comes to getting turned on, a man's and woman's body does a lot of the same things. When you get aroused do YOU get nose bleeds? Speaking for myself, I've never gotten a nose bleed from seeing a naked girl before. I suppose it's remotely possible if a person's blood pressure went up but I don't think it's common.
I've been around women that were good enough looking to give me a little of the shakes (yes I know, lucky me), but never any nose bleeds. At least not yet.

nose bleeds are caused by weak vessels in the nose and if persist ant bleeds occur the tiny vessels have to be cauterized
