check with your doctor he should tell you anytime you mix drugs wether over the counter or perscription there is a possibility that there could be a reaction it should tell you on the back of the box if you can use with antidepressants also if you do take it wait about 15-30 minutes if you are going to have a reaction that is when it will happen

Lexapro doesn't work for s hit. Robitussin will make your cold symptoms. For anti-depressants try Cymbalta. That stuff takes away the physical and mental symptoms.
