You need to talk to her doctors and the nursing staff that are caring for her.
It's impossible to say what could be the problem hunny. Abdominal pain could be due to many causes, but you're mum is in the best place and they'll get her sorted out soon. She may need to have an operation or they could get her sorted out with medication.
