Answers: If it is cold outside (or in!) does it make you catch a cold? I have heard yes and no!

The answer is yes it can.

When you are cold the blood flows further away from the surface of ure nose in order to keep warm. This is called Vaso-constriction. And if the blood is further away from the surface it means it cannot be fighting off the virus's that invade the nasal cavity on a regular basis allowing the virus to grow into a full on cold.

Yes, it can.

No. The temperature does not make you get a cold. A virus makes you get a cold.

yea

Yes, you can. I heard a chinese saying "head cool feet warm". When you feet is cold, your body tends to be weaker and so more prone to catch the cold. Anyway, just keep yourself warm.
