. I do NOT expect this A to be chosen as 'The Best', but it's Sunday Morning, so I gotta Answer.
I think I mentioned these solutions before: Exercise and food. The wrong food can put you in a bad mood, and you should NOT eat just to feel better.
And if you exercise until you're dead tired, the only 'mood' you'll be in is Sleepy. ...and maybe a bit sore, too. Do your workouts outdoors as that connects you to nature, where we belong.
If you spend a lot of time indoors, typing Q's to YA and feeling sorry for yourself, you WILL be sorry. Maybe try to do some volunteer work where you help people, or animals, who are worse off than you.
Read a good book, maybe one about a person who makes it back from the brink of disaster. Listen to some good music, maybe even something from your Parent's day, The Golden Oldies. ...NOT this hip-hop crap where ho's and thugs are being capped.
If hard exercise, I mean where you almost throw up, doesn't help, you might ~ as a last resort ~ need some pills to make up for a chemical imbalance. Sometimes your glands just ain't workin' right.
And appreciate what you Have, quit sniveling about what you Don't have. peace.
p.s. ...and try that first suggestion about the orgasim.

Orgasms, chocolate cake, exercise, tea.....not in that order exactly.....

Edit: Oh and forgot to add distractions.....get yourself busy in a project.

Something you know will always make you happy. Like a special person, you could call them or maybe just look at a picture of them and remember all the good times you have had together or just what makes that person so special. Maybe calling a best friend, that can cheer you up. Or my personal favourite, ICE CREAM!

Beer, boobs, beer, video games, boobs, oh and beer.

you know what makes me happy? sleep. im going to sleep right now because where i live, its 3 in the fcuking morning.
