Very important - please help?!


Question: i am 13 and yesterday morning i was 5 feel tall and about 80 pounds. i ve been binge eating chocolate for the last free evenings. so first two days i woke up in the morning with my weight same as always but i ate only chocolate - no peanut butter or anything like that. yesterday i ate a lot of peanutbutter candys, cottage cheese candys and cakes so when i woke up today morning i was like 800 gramms - more than a pound heavier. i still feel so of the food in my stomach so i guess ill end up a little lighter.
will i gain even more weight if i dont cut on calories today but still eat healthy?
and is there any chance that all this weight will "come out" of me - bacause i cant see the difference in the way i look
i am just very afraid of the fact that i might have messed my metabolism up

I'm sure this weight will all disapear in a few days. It's probably undigested food mainly. And some of the foods you ate can make you retain water, so you might just be a little bloated. Just get back on track eating healthy and I'm sure this weight will not stick around.

Your weight is fine. Especially for a 13 year old. Sheesh. Your weight fluctuates because of what you eat and the fluids you take in (water weight). Don't worry about gaining or losing a pound here or there.

Gril! Your 13 dont worry about your weight.. eat normally! You have until you have babies to worry about your weight! 3 days of eating crap is not going to mess you up...
