What are the 'signs' that your getting arthritis?!
Question: im 15..
my mum, dad, 2 of my uncles all have some form. my other uncle has gout.
my feet click every time i walk.. i get cramp alot. when my toes click they sometimes get stuck.
its sometimes painfull to walk on the balls of my feet, also my knees are soo painfull sometimes especially in the cold.
it sometimes stops me walking down stairs.. or up..
could i be getting it.. or already have it..?

Yes those are definitely all signs, especially the cracking toes, and aching joints. If you are overweight losing weight would greatly decrease the amount of pressure put on your bones.
