Vaginismus or dyspareunia is painful sexual intercourse where the muscles of the pelvic floor contract involuntarily.

For dyspareunia GOOGLE: mayo clinic>>diseases & conditions>>dyspareunia.

Good luck to you both.

maybe a nice massage to get her relaxed say sexy things in her ears. go to touch her there and maybe put some fingers inside. lube up and lube her up. maybe eat her out to get her relaxed. then try

I sometimes have a pain too... I'm not sure what it is... but I'm planning on going to the doctor's soon. My pain seems like it's either on my left or my right side, almost like my ovary is hurting (and this usually happens right before I get my period so It hin it has something to do with my cycle.) If it goes away I wouldn't worry about it too much... but if she has pain EVERY time... she needs to be seen by a doctor. It could be ovarian cysts, dryness, really a ton of differerent things could be causing this...

She could have a UTI or a yeast infection. Have her call her gyno if this problem happens again.

If sex usually doesn't hurt her, she might have an infection. When girls get yeast infections or UTI's or bladder infections, it hurts when they have sex.
She needs to go see her doctor. If she has an infection, the doctor can give her a prescription. If the infection isn't that bad she can be better within a week.

maybe a little more four play she may not be lubricated enough. Try using Ky touch and massage warming lubricant. If lubrication isn't the problem she may need to see a doc.
