How do you clean a laptop's keyboard?!

Question: I heard keyboards collect a ton of germs and I was wondering a good cleaner like Lysol or something I can use to make sure mine is clean. Any ideas?

I would not recommend using any strong chemicals. Just use a compressed air-sprayer (the kind in tech shops), and a Q-tip to clean some more nasty stuff. Again, no Lysol or other chemicals that are not approved for keyboard. You can permanently damage it by using such chemicals.

They sure are germy. I use alcohol on mone. I dip a Q-tip in alcohol and get in all those spaces

Use a can of compressed air.

I use the little alcohol preps, like the nurses use before they give you a shot.
They're individually pre-packaged and do't drip, so you don't have to worry about the alcohol getting into the computer.
Wal-Mart sells them in the pharmacy area.
My granddaughter (lives with me) keeps them in her purse, for use on the computers at school.
