Driving and Pain pills?!

Question: I'm getting my permit in Feb., is there any reason that they would not let me drive because I take Vicodin? My doctor mentioned something about it, and I want to know more. (Plus I've been waiting to drive for a while now.)

It can be a very dangerous combination. I also take Vicodin from a parachute injury. As you well know it can slow your reflexes down considerably. Be very careful when driving.
