Head rush or seizure?!

Question: I get head rushes a lot from getting out of bed too fast but today, when i did that, I got up really fast and went into the bathroom. I had a big head rush of dizzyness and lost control of my body. I was shaking and my body was kind of spazzing out. When i got out of it, i had knocked a towel off of the rack and had fall onto the door. Was this a head rush or something worse?

It could be a head rush from all the blood rushing to the head. The spazzing could be your bodies reaction to the stress from the head rush. Low blood sugar can also make you feel faint and fall.
However, all though it is highly unlikely, a in simple partial seizure, you DO remain conscious. Unless you have a lot of these "head rush" episodes or more spells similar to the ones you exprienced, I doubt they are seizures.
Isolated seizures are usually only exprienced when a person is intoxicated, has head trauma or a high fever.
If you have more than one seizure for no apparent reason, then you should see a Dr.

If you were conscious... then it was NOT a seizure.

This is low blood sugar.

When you get out of bed in the morning, make sure you take it slow. Sit up, take a few deep breaths, then move. Take your time.

Then have a nutritious breakfast.

its called low blood pressure/sugar level.just get up a little slower and try to change your diet.

ooh that's happened to me, it feels like i'm almost blacking out and the room is spinning, get up more slowly from now on and don't go running if it continues to happen though, you should call your doctor and ask them about it, it's probably just low blood sugar but if you're shaking and spazzing out it could be more serious.

You need to see a doctor
