theres an exercise that women can do after pregnacy to tighten the muscles. it may help in this situation too. its really easy and no one can even know. All you have to do is when you're peeing, tighten the mucsles to stop. (this may be kind of hard.) hold it for about 8 seconds then start peeing again. continue doing this until your bladder is empty. Do this almost everytime you go to the bathroom and you're muscles will strengthen and be able to hold until you can reach a bathroom.

go to the doctor

You need to make an appointment with your family doctor as it may be a serious issue. Remember if you go to the doctor no one has to know and it's confidential.

Please don't think I'm being funny, but you should really try adult diapers. My friend's 10 year old daughter has the same problem. It's the only thing she could do. Plus it saves her the embarrassment of when it happens in public.

Wear a panty liner. They are cheep and should help leakage problems. If it is more than a few drops you should probably see a doctor.

What is your age anyway? Some kids don't develop proper bladder control until 10 or 11.

I had that. It has alot to do with weak pelvic floor muscles. I also found out that certain food allergies made it worse (milk, wheat). Lots of Kegel exercises and a maxipad until you get it under control.

Go to the store and buy the pads that are designed for urine absorbsion. They don't have to be an adult diaper. Some of them are quite discreet. They work better than feminine pads at hiding the odor.

GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR.

Incontinence is a medical problem. It can be caused by a variety of things from the mundane to the really scary. So it is best to go see your doctor and let them decide if you are "too young to take the pill". There are other solutions as well depending on your exact condition. Running from as simple as weight loss right up to surgery.

ok sweety listen carefully i think u may have a severe urinary tract infection go to the gyn and ask if u can be tested for that if its not that then ask to test Ur blood sugar level

You need to see a Urologist for this problem and I know that there is medication that the doctor can give you to stop the spasms in your bladder.

check with your doctor.

You could try doing Kegel exercises.

"Kegel exercises were originally developed as a method of controlling incontinence in women following childbirth. These Kegel exercises are now recommended for women with urinary stress incontinence."

you're not too young to be embarrassed, so if you need the pills, go ahead and get them.
Get to the doctor, might be something they could easily fix.
