Feeling sleepy...?!

Question: what helps you "wake up" if you're feeling tired through out the day. I get a lot of sleep as it is...like 8-11 hours every night. And I do eat right. I just wanted to know if you did anything that seems to work.

Believe it or not taking a prenatal vitamin helps me. They have more iron etc in it than regular vitamins(make sure no guy or girl who is not menstruating takes them because women can have more iron only because we "shed it"). Iron and the B vitamins and zinc tend to wake you up. So change your diet and go for a brisk walk!

maybe take a 15 minute walk in the middle of the day.....or get some kind of exercise...

Caffeine tends to be the popular pick-me-up for people in the morning. Others tend to run. Running does wonders for waking me up, although I never have the chance to run in the morning unfortunately... Unless I'm late for class of course.

do some excercisess or go for a quick jobb.
and if you can listen to musicc while you work out.
happy new yearr=]

COFFEE 4 LIFE!!!!

15 Minute Walk?! 3 Simple words here: Monster Energy Drink

I'm no Dr but have had trouble with anemia and one of the signs was being tired. You might want to get a check up and make sure you're not low on iron. Just a thought.
I know that if you take a quick 5-10 min nap that will sometimes re-energize your mind and you get through the rest of the day.
Hope this helps...even a little.

dont drink caffeine you know why? when drink that not only it makes your stay up longe, but it makes you harder to go to sleep, and when you want wake up, you'll feel drowsy.

Drink water constantly, makes your body become more active, rehydrate, and good to the bathroom most of the time, which help making you stay more aware.

Dont lay in bed, that nice, soft, and cozy place where you sleep in, will encourage you to fall alseep.

Dont eat turkey because they contain a special chemical that helps your body to relax, feel full, and make you sleepy.

Taking short naps helps, such as a 15 or 20 min nap. It would allow you to stay up a few hours more, and let you sleep perfectly for your bed time scehdule.

Another one is taking a cool shower, freshens up your body and your mind.
