Good ways to relax/Reduce stress?!


Question: I'm stressed out a lot of the time, and I know that it's not good for you. It also makes it harder to fall asleep, so what are some good ways to relax and reduce stress? I know yoga and meditation are supposed to, so what are some simple ways to do them? I know I could get a massage, but I mean a simple free at home way.

Deep breathing muscle relaxation, aromatherapy spa bath, yoga, meditation, soft music. Below are links on yoga. You also need to see what you can change at work or in the family to reduce stress. Over-commitment is a major cause of stress. B complex vitamins help because you need more of them when you are under stress.

Exercise,Reading, stretching, Deep breathing, taking warm baths, Jasmine and Lavender fragrances. Massaging yourself (across your forehead, under your temples into your jaw, behind your ears, use lotion when doing it)
