Is thiss bad?!


Question: well i have likee a stomach bugg or something and i haven't really been eatingg here's what i've eaten the past 3 days:

friday: nothing the WHOLE dayy [ i was puking the whole day, over 7 times]

saturday: mac and cheese and pepperoni and ice cream [ this is only because i went to a party]

sunday: bagel

today: so far pancakes

is this badd? yesterday i puked up green stuff sorry, tmi
i just haven't been hungryy

Try eating things that are easy on your stomach. Tea often helps, as does chicken noodle soup. You might also want to try toast or plain eggs. But stay away from things like ice cream, pepperoni, or anything with cheese, grease, or sugar in it. Those will only upset your stomach right now.

No, nobody likes to eat when sick. I do recommend chicken noodle soup though instead of anything too heavy. You have to ease back into eating or you will just puke again.

yea try eating toast stay away from milk (unless its in tea) try staying away from anything heavy..dont worry i'm not hungry at all either...just try eating something small atleast once a day until you feel better

if you dont fell like eating atleast have milk, juices or liquid like soup or energy drinks .. but they should be fresh and home made.. once you recover from illness you can start with normal food.
