the small cigar like things? Smoking anything is bad, but the people I know who smoke those only smoke one or two a day. Depends on the person really. They're not the worst things to smoke.
I think that they are very bad, definitely worse than cigarettes, not sure about weed though. Yes, you can get addicted.
