Headaches could be caused by MANY things such as:
*dehydration-make sure you are drinking lots of fluid throughout the day.
*Caffine-I would Layoff the soda.
*A poor diet
* certain seasonings
*certain foods-just pay attention to what
you are eating and if you get a headache after eating that food your headaches could be triggered by that.
*Not getting enough sleep or even too much sleep-8-9 hours a night is plenty of sleep.
*allergies-have you been tested?

I would try these things first.
I see you are taking advil.
Just FYI if you take a medicine over and over again your body will eventually become immune to it meaning that medicine WONT work for you anymore so i would try taking something else and switching them off everytime you take medicine.

Try Excedrine or Excedrine Migraine.
IT WORKS GREAT! :D

hope i helped.
good luck.

You probably have dehydration and it cause headaches beacause your brain is sending alerts that you need water. So drink a lot, and if that pain persists take an advil. Sometimes a head ache can also mean you brain is sending signal that you are sleep-deprived, so rest a lot. if it still persists, go see a doctor about them.

Soda is fine. Headaches sometimes mean you are dehydrated.

yeah i would start to drink water

Water is better to drink with advil then soda is

water helps it to go down and digest faster

switch to having like one soda a day and then drinking water

water should help your headaches, dont gulp it down all at once, take sips every now and then and remember that you're body won't just feel better instantly give it some time, if this doesn't help then I'm sorry I'm all out of ideas!

I have nevr tried it I just know you are not suppost to take it with milk

I would think it couldn't hurt. But you should definitely drink a full glass of water with advil. Also, soda with caffeine could bring on a headache, unless it is caused by caffeine withdrawal.

You mom may be right. Dehydration can cause headaches. I would try drinking more water, not soda. Also, if you find yourself squinting a lot, it may be because you need glasses and the strain on your eyes could be causing it.

You shoulld try to drink more water than soda !!!

water is good for health, so y dnt u try it. if it wrks, good for u otherwise u should seek a doc

If Advil doesn't work, then stop taking it. And see your doctor. Headaches can be a symptom of a number of things.

You need water or to be honest just to keep your fluids up. Water is best but, tea, coffee, fruit juice, soda are all liquids but try to have some water a glass or two minimum a day. other foods, fruit and vege also contain water so its not hard to get enough.

water is always good. i prefer you drink water at least 6-8 glasses a day. relax and dont think too much that cost you head ache

water is heathy for u and dont allways take advil Tylenol and drink alot of water and get alot of sleep

Sounds like migraines, you may want to check with your doctor. Or are you eating like your supposed to? I know if I don't eat breakfast I will get headaches late in the afternoon.

try drinking tea or HOT water. if you wear contacts or glasses do wear them, if you pull your hair back tight leave it lose.take a hot shower, your aches could be from stress so relax maybe a day at the spa. or try sleeping more. and if you drink caffine cut way back.

You should drink decarbonised water (still water)! Maybe some tea the anti oxidants in the water might help! Also a more affective cure s just to relax and let worries go head aches are based on stress to! ;)
