Make a diary of your diet now for at least a week. This will help you see how many calories you usually consume in a day. You may also have a high metabolism and with you already having a workout routine could be making you hungry so quickly. To lose weight you have to expand more energy than you consume. The FDA suggests approx 2000 calories a day. You want that to be healthy foods and not junk. To lose one pound you would need to burn 3500 calories. If you are having a hard time losing weight you may want to consider that your body is happiest where it is and maintain the progress you have already made with your routine. And congratulations for sticking with a routine that can be the hardest part!

EAT a BIG breakfast, smaller lunch, smaller dinner, one or two light snacks between meals, and nothing after dinner. Stop eating 2-4 hours before bedtime. Take in between 2,000 and 3,000 calories per day, and exercise at least 20 minutes per day.

difficult question to answer without more info. depends on how much you weigh and if you even need to be losing weight. your ideal weight for your body should be approx. 105 lbs to 115. but again if you do weight lifting or aerobics, this changes, muscle weighs more than fat. If you are hungry after your workout, try having fruit or energy bar before your work out, or after, eat foods high in protein, the body burns, carbs first than fat. Generally to lose 1lb a week, you need to eat 3,500 calories less per week. You may also be at a plateau in your work out, which means you need to do more. like I said difficult to answer without knowing your weight presently, work out schedule etc. Also just because you stop a workout, your body is still working and still needs fuel to burn, metabolism stays active for awhile after workouts. If your not refueling, the body will start to store what it is lacking for reserve, or emergency fuel, this will cause your metabolism to go out of whack. The body will always try to protect itself. Good luck.

For most woman 1200 to 1800 calorie a day. But talk to your doctor and see what he/she says!
