Other than an injury, what can cause someone's ear to bleed?!
Question: infection. it causes a build up of pus which can cause inflamation and skin breakdown/skin tear which can cause bleeding from the built up pressure from inflamation. inflamation is nothing more than the body's response to to damage/infection and that means more blood to the area. given the right set of circumstances, it can lead to a ruptured ear drum as well and that will also bleed.

Nothing that I can think of. Usually, bleeding from the ear is associated with trauma to the head.
Infection. I had an infected ear in which the pustule finally burst. Some blood was released but not for long.
