Depends on the drug, be specific. Because if your drink gets spiked with sodium cyanide, it will NEVER leave your system---at least not until the mortician flushes your blood. Most other drugs probably leave your body in 24 hours. Also, a drink doesn't get "drugged", it gets "spiked". When you drink a spiked beverage, YOU get "drugged". If you suspect you've been drugged---and are still feeling the effects---go to the emergency room, they'll see that you're tested. If you think you were drugged but no longer feel the effects, see a family doctor and ask to be tested. A word of advice: NEVER, EVER leave a drink unattended in a social situation. Open your own bottle at a party. If someone brings you a cocktail, shot or open bottle---decline it. Watch your drink!
