Ok, I looked up the components of Malodorous Gut Wind, and I discovered that the component of a fart that causes it to exude an undesirable odor is the hydrogen sulfide.

Here are some exerpts from the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for hydrogen sulfide:

================== Accidental Release Measures ==================

Spill Release Procedures:-EVACUATE AREA-PERSONNEL EQUIPPED W.SPEC.SUIT
FOR FIRE/CHEM.& POS.PRESS SCBA CAN RE-ENTER AN ATTEMPT TO STOP LEAK

======================= First Aid Measures =======================

First Aid:REMOVE TO FRESH AIR. GIVE CPR/OXYGEN IF NEED. SKIN:WASH WITH
SOAP & WATER. EYES:FLUSH WITH WATER 15 MIN. KEEP WARM AND QUIET.
SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.

Based on what it can do you people around you if you let it out...I don't think its a good idea to keep it INSIDE you!
LOLOL

I wouldn't recommend that! Your brain might explode! LOL

let them rip who cares

I just go into the bathroom or excuse myself, I find it disgusting to let it rip regardless of male or female never wanted to play the fart games I thought that they were smelly and offensive.

I hold them in except around my friends because we make fun about it but it's quite bad for your health.

When I was a kid, I used to hold them in too much so I always had stomaches.

yeah, i'm totally sick of this girls don't fart attitude. so i USUALLY don't give a crap, but all in all depends on who's around (i.e. at a dinner with a client etc). but more often than not mine are silent so i let them rip if i'm not in a formal setting at then laugh when people start making faces, lol.

I never heard a girl farting when i dated them....After I got married to one then I realized they can rip them just like the men do.

Sometimes I just let them go
One time I accidently farted in the gynocologists face when she was examining my vagina. It was funny because she jumped up and said "you scared me".

Funny question...The way to look at it is.....You cant hold what you have'nt got in your hand.

Farting is normal and natural, you need to fart to let out gas. But, as a rule, I usually don't fart unless there are at least two other people around. That way nobody knows who did it.

My husband told me that the correct etiquette for a gentleman is to never let an audible fart in the presence of a lady until he hears her fart first. That being said, I can tell you that after 10 years of marriage we have entire conversations using nothing but gas.

At work or in public around strangers I try to hold it in or I ease it out slowly. At home around family I let it rip! We already know everyone farts.

i don't care who's around. but i'd hold it in if my boyfriend or mates was there.

My girlfriend farts all the time in her sleep. She presses her butt against my leg and lets it rip. I am like "geez" and scoot away. But hers usually do not smell bad. Se tries to hold them in when we are awake and around each other and when she does let one rip she tries to play it off, lol! But I usually catch her!

beer farts are the best (and the loudest, lol)
nope, i let them go. it's not good to hold them in.
lol, my boyfriend and i are always trying to see who can make the loudest!
