Wana loose weight? then sleep...zzzzz?!


Question: it's common sense that if you want to drop a few pounds you should eat less and hit the gym.But according to ABC news,what might you not know that getting a good night's sleep is one the best things you can do to get thin.,and of course when you get to work run up the stairs.

Thats actually true. When you sleep, you can burn up to 60 calories an hour, so the more sleep, the better.

Obviously. Your body needs good,undisturbed rest to both heal, and regenerate your body. If you workout but rarley rest, your results will be greatly hindered.

i also read that part of caring for your skin involves getting a good night's sleep.

basically sleeping well is good for your entire body, so do it.

i guess it is true but not so much sleeping too lol and yup the stairs is one good exercise i do it alot cause my room is upstairs x]

It's true but you still need to eat sensible food and exercises.
I lost a good amount of weight when I did.You need to lead an active life not a lazy one.
