It really doesn't matter how much it costs... they have to treat you. If you go to the E-room you could qualify for indigent care which is a discounted program. You could also qualify for other programs. Just go.
Id go anyway ,most places wont turn you away,they might bill you if you have insurance from another place they can use it , but if your feeling bad go where its conivenient to you.
They cant refuse you call 911 or get to the ER Now.
Go to the emergency room and be prepared to wait unless you can do a spew and fall to the floor. You will be tended.
If you have a hundred to two hundred dollars, give it to the hospital. If you have no cash, the urgent care center is not going to see you - at all except to the door.
