Well I have had this happen to me before.
It seems to get worse when I haven't had much to eat or haven't eaten at all. It's really nothing serious, a lot of people have this happen when they change positions too quickly. So don't let these people scare you.

You're probably just getting a head rush. Because when you stand up your body has to adjust itself, I can't really explain... like it has to situate the blood flow when you stand up I guess? I would also say this has something to do with getting oxygen to your brain, when you stand up really fast your brain doesn't have enough time to get oxygen so this probably causing it too, I'm guessing. So try standing up a little slower, so that your body can adjust itself. Now since you say you swim for a couple hours every day that probably doesn't help... b.c if you aren't eating enough and you excercise a lot then that's also another factor that could be causing you to faint when you stand up. Swimming burns a lot of calories. I'd say your metabolism is pretty speedy, so make sure that your eating at least every 3-4 hours. =]

Can you give more information please so we can help you better. Not exactly sure what you are talking about.

Its because you dont eat! You either don't eat much or you dont eat healthy. You must be skinny right? Yea well trust me I know It's happened to me.

what gets all black and dotty?

im no dr. sounds like u get a head rush and wanna fall back down when u get up aint good... i ask a dr. not yahoo answers though.. or ask your parents

It sounds serious I think you should get medical help, it would be for the best.

You might be getting up too fast. Sometimes, people get dizzy or nausous from changing positions too quickly. You might have passed out for a different reason. Drink lots of water. Try checking in with your doctor.

Your blood pressure is hay wire. Go see a kwack.
