So the other night, i blacked out while peeing...?!

Question: So i have the problem where you stand up to fast and you get dizzy...and well i walked to the bathroom and i was ok. then i unzipped and i was going and all of a sudden, it hit me. like my vision started to blur and i got all light headed, so i grabed onto the towel rack. i think at that point i blacked out because my head started spinning and spinning. and then i opened my eyes and turns out i was on the floor against the wall, only half way back in my pants. i've had the problem before but usualy i can sit down, but while peeing...there was nothing i could do. is this from low blood pressure? or is there anyway i could resolve this? it was really scary...i don't even think i finished peeing but i didnt check the floor.

It's called "micturition syncope." It appears that you have issues w/ orthostatic changes in your blood pressure, based upon your opening sentence. When you pee, you can get a vasovagal response which further reduces your BP and "boom" - you're on the floor.

See a Dr. regarding your BP and fainting issues - until then, sit down to urinate. If you still pass out, it's not as far to fall.

Good luck!

Sometimes if you've just woken up, it doesn't hit you until afterwards. Sometimes that happens to me, also, although not while I'm going to the bathroom.

Make a doctors appointment. It could be a range of things. From diabetes to hypotension...

please go see a doctor

you might have over stimulated your vasovagal nerve, the nerve that controls blood pressure and heartrate.
I had the same thing happen to me, but i was pooing instead of peeing, lol.
