What can cause clear pee?!

Question: I know "staying hydrated" can make my pee clear but all I drink all day is pop and kool aid because I can't stand the taste of our water. Other useful information... theres a teeny tiny chance I'm preg and I have a cold. My pee has always been really yellow before and in the last few days its gone almost completely clear.

Your pee is almost clear because you ARE staying well hydrated on pop and kool aid. It doesn't matter what liquid you drink (except for pure alcohol), you are hydrating your body. Water is the healthiest fluid for our bodies, but all drinkable fluids are largely made up of water anyway.

You say your pee is normally really yellow. This is not healthy and means you normally do not drink enough fluids. (The exception is if you take a Vitamin B pill, which will cause your urine to go a bright yellow colour.)

Neither being pregnant nor having a cold would change your urine colour.

Clear pee means you are well-hydrated, so keep up what you're doing!

If it's cold outside, the usual losses of water diminish and usually the urine output is increased and clearer.

You are drinking a lot of fluids.

It could be your not getting enough vitamin B

You're drinking alot of fluids, you're healthy. Vitamins can make your urine turn yellow or some dark color, same if you are dehydrated. Great job on getting dehydrated!

You can get Vitamin B in pills now days. I get my vitamins from a local pharmacy (CVS).
