Unless you mean for the first few days( because of nasal congestion due to manipulation during surgery, and/or nasal pack, if used)The answer is: definitely NOT TRUE.
Obviously not. My sister-in -law had a beautiful nose job done 10 years ago and she is still breathing through her nose. No worries!

Do you really think that the doctor's will perform a rhinoplasty on someone if they wouldn't be able to breathe afterward? The main reason why people get nose jobs are to fix breathing problems.
So, yes. Because people go to the doctor to FIX their breathing problem, they can no longer breathe after a nose job.
