I saw that and don't buy it at all. This is the problem, the hormone may fool the body, but it cannot take the place of the healing and relaxation that takes place with real sleep.

I highly doubt it. If so it must have some long term side effects, or even short term. Like maybe you feel ok for a day and then you crash laster.

But like everything else that messes with our "natural" wake and sleep rhythms...
