Mouth wounds heal fast... so not to worry there. Its's not a wound.... it's bruised. A bit of ice will help with the swelling. Don't let him bite you again... I wouldn't.

Go to the doctors because it sounds like you could have an infection.
If you don't like the doctors or cant go then try using bio oil, it relieves pain and stops swelling and discolourant

Time to heal will depend on amount of bruising - give it 2 to 3 days. Lips heal quickly because the blood circulates well in that area...........
Not much you can do. It will heal itself in time. Just try to avoid riding a bike for a few days.
